There are several ways to track your order: 

1. If your order is placed through Amazon, you can track your order on your Amazon account. If you place your order through Fansee Shades, you'll receive an email once your order ships, however you can also track your order by logging in to your Fansee Shades account.  Please allow 2-3 business days from the time of initial order for orders to ship and scan
2. When your order ships, you will received a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and an online tracking link. 
3. If you're unable to track your order through the methods listed above, please contact us at info@fanseeshades.com and we'll get back to you shortly. Please provide your order number and/or the email address you used when placing your order. 
4. All orders placed directly through Fansee Shades and NOT on Amazon will ship USPS First class mail. Orders take between 5-7 business days to deliver.
